microDrain™ Campaign

We literally had to go “down the toilet” to come up with this campaign. RIDGID microDrain was a response to customer requests (and in some cases, demands) for an inspection camera that would negotiate the smaller, twisty lines in toilets and P-traps.

The theme, “They wouldn’t make the toilet lines straighter, so we made our cable more flexible” was our problem/solution approach that defined the reason why microDrain was developed. By the way, we thought we had heard every toilet joke in the world until we started working on this campaign.
